The Republican Finkiness Continues

I was just listening to a story about the debates. There may only be one debate now, because the Republicans are so afraid that georgie-boy is going to look like a moron (which he's not, by the way, but he plays one so that the moron vote - which is substantial - will go for him.)

Among the demands that the Republicans have made are that the candidates cannot stand next to each other (because Kerry is taller) and that the candidates can't respond to each other (because Kerry is smarter).

Why ANYONE would think that Bush is a good president is beyond me. If they think he's an ethical man, they need to be bitch-slapped. If they think he's a good Christian, they need to re-examine their faith. But they are most likely the type that attend mega-churches in the suburbs where some doofus in a leisure suit and a degree in divinity specializes in hoovering their wallet.

Stupid is as stupids does, I suppose - and no one ever went broke underestimating the intelligence of the American public. So maybe Georgie really is the right man for America.
